Windows & Secondary Glazing

Our residential secondary glazing is manufactured from 6063T6 extruded aluminium to BS1474, all our sections are finished silver anodised AA10, White powder coated �” LA098E, Van Dyke Brown Powder Coated BS 08 B 29 to BS6496, or colour coded to any standard RAL colour, produced in a factory controlled by BS5750 part 2 (EN29002), IS09002 and QUICOAT registered. They are double weather
sealed with polypropylene weatherpile and tested for performance to BS6375 and BS5358. They can accommodate glass thickness from 4 mm to 6.4 mm. These are suitable for most domestic installation that require either thermal upgrades or sound reduction.

Our Heavy duty secondary glazing is manufactured pretty much the same as above but the sections are much bigger and stronger which allows them to accommodate double glazed sealed units up to 28 mm allowing us to use 8.8 mm stadip silence and 10 mm combined. This system can be used for either horizontal sliding or Hinged types of windows.
